NIEDERHAUSER PARTICIPATES IN ACI-CSAI SUPERCORSO

Last week the Italian Automobile Club and the Italian national sporting authority, the ACI-CSAI, held their prestigious annual “SUPERCORSO” event, to select the best young drivers in the “Speed” category (three from karting, three from Formula Abarth).
The candidates from Formula Abarth were Rookie Champion Gerrard Barrabeig (E), European Series Champion Sergey Sirotkin (RUS) and the Italian Championship winner Patric Niederhauser (CH). The candidates from karting were Antonio Fuoco (I), Alberto di Fulco (I) and Alessio Santilli (I).
The test saw the drivers go out in either a Formula 3 car or a Formula Abarth to show what they were capable of behind the wheel. Also on the programme were driving theory lessons and fitness and nutrition sessions.
At the end of four days the winners were crowned: Gerrard Barrabeig and Antonio Fuoco were selected. The winner’s prize in each category is a training course at Formula Medicine.
