FORMULA ABARTH ACI-CSAI PROMOTIONAL TEST DAY

On 14^th November 2011 at the Franciacorta circuit, the Italian Automobile Club and the national sporting authority, the ACI-CSAI, organised a promotional Formula Abarth test day. Young drivers coming directly from karting were given the opportunity to try out a Formula Abarth race car for a full day for a nominal price of 1000 Euros. Eight teams provided their cars for a total of 17 new drivers with Egor Orudzhev (RUS) and Simon Stoller (CH) driving for Jenzer Motorsport. Each driver managed to complete between 60 and 70 laps, and the day proved to be a great success, helped along by the weather playing its part, providing sunshine and agreeable temperatures given the time of year.

We are certain the day went a long way towards promoting the cause of Formula Abarth and it generated much interest all around.
