JENZER LINEUP COMPLETED BY VITTORIO GHIRELLI

Vittorio Ghirelli, the 17-year old from Rome, took part in the official GP3 test days with us at Estoril (P) in October 2010, and again in early March 2011 at Paul Ricard (F). This was enough to convince him that he should commit to the full season of GP3 this year. Vittorio was initially successful in karts, graduating to single-seaters in 2010, and getting his first experience of formula cars in the Italian Formula 3 Championship and in the 2010 GP3 season. Now he is ready to build on his experience with Jenzer.
Andreas Jenzer commented: “We are delighted to have an up-and-coming Italian driver in our GP3 team. Vittorio is very young but he has great potential.”

The next official test days will be on 29th/30th/31st March at Silverstone (GB) and on 12^th/13^th/14^th April 2011 at Barcelona (E). The first race of the new season will be as support to the Turkish Formula 1 Grand Prix, on 7^th/8^th May 2011 in Istanbul (TK).
